After an unsuccessful stay at a local cattery, we very pleased to find a service which would accommodate our cats in their own home.  Catmate are wonderful, the girls who came to meet us were friendly and made us feel happy at the prospect of leaving them for a week.  We had regular text messages letting us know all was well at home.  On our return we found happy, clean and well cared for kitties.  They even left us milk and bread.  How about that for service.  You can't improve on perfection.

Many people are worried about leaving their cats, but humans need a holiday sometime.  You often don't feel you can ask a neighbour to come in more than once a day, so it is great to find people who love and understand cats who will come in as often as you want.  The initial visit is very useful to get to know the cats, and the checklist and other paperwork very well organised and professional.

Catmate has been fantastic in meeting our cat's specific needs.  We were worried about leaving him initially, knowing that he is used to getting a lot of attention and playtime however, Catmate have really taken the time to get to know him and have done a superb job.  Also it was great having someone visit our home each day in our absence, water our plants, pick up our post and generally keep things ticking over!

Fantastic service!  We arranged to go away for the weekend at the last minute and were left with the prospect of putting our cat in a cattery.  Catmate were very helpful and friendly - we felt confident leaving our cat and house in their care.  They kept us updated while we were away and our only worry was that our cat was enjoying herself too much and that she might forget who we are!
